Soniox meets one of the highest certification standards to help reduce compliance burdens for your business and keep your data private and secure.
Compliances
Soniox is SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR and HIPAA certified. We maintain and meet the requirements for these data privacy compliance frameworks and certifications. To request data compliance documentation, contact us at support@soniox.com.
Logging
We do not store any of your audio or transcript data, except in the services where you explicitly request us to do so. In such cases, the data is privately and securely stored in an isolated namespace for your Soniox Account. You can delete all the stored audio and transcript data at any time.
None of the audio or transcript data is used to improve our services.
Encryption
All communication with Soniox services is encrypted with TLS to prevent malicious access to your private data.
